Counselling

Counselling and Psychotherapy offers you an opportunity to take the space and time to talk about your difficulties, confusion, conflict or distress. Through exploration and clarification of these issues, you will come to understand more fully why and how these issues may leave you feeling blocked, unfulfilled, and unhappy. You may wish to change certain aspects of your life, and come to terms with those things that cannot be changed.

People come to counselling and psychotherapy for all sorts of reasons from significant life events such as relationship breakdown, bereavement, or to break free from unhealthy patterns of behaviour that are keeping them stuck.

You may be clear about your reasons for coming to therapy, or maybe you just experience a general sense of dissatisfaction, anxiety or depression. There is no right or wrong reason for starting therapy.
